We are excited to share further details regarding the upcoming 1st Networking Seminar on Camel Genetics, Genomics and Phenotypic Assessment, organized by ICC-GIC (International Camel Consortium for Genetic Improvement and Conservation) under the auspice of ISOCARD (The International Society of Camelid Research and Development). This virtual event aims to strengthen scientific collaboration and foster global networking within the camel research community.

Call for Abstracts Early Career Researchers:

We invite early career researchers to submit abstracts showcasing their work in camel genetics, genomics, and phenotypic assessment.

o   Abstract Submission Deadline: May 9, 2025

o   Notification of Acceptance: May 23, 2025

o   Abstract Guidelines:

o   Maximum of 300 words

o   Presentation Format: 10-minute oral presentation followed by 5 minutes of Q&A

 

‘Scientific Bazaar’ – Senior Researchers:

Senior researchers are encouraged to participate in the ‘Scientific Bazaar’, a dedicated space to present their research groups, technical expertise, ongoing projects, and future collaboration interests. This session is designed for networking and capacity building, rather than individual study presentations.
